PatiLebu is a streetwear brand based in Dhaka, Bangladesh, operating primarily within Bangladesh.
2. DEFINITIONS
- "PatiLebu," "we," "us," "our" refers to PatiLebu, a streetwear brand based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
- "Website" refers to our online store and all associated pages.
- "Customer," "you," "your" refers to the individual placing an order or browsing our website.
- "Products" refers to all items available for purchase on our website.
3. ORDERING
All orders placed through PatiLebu are subject to confirmation via phone call. By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete personal information including your name, phone number, and delivery address.
- Be available for our confirmation call within 24-48 hours of order placement.
- Accept that the order is only confirmed after our team has successfully reached you by phone.
- Orders that cannot be confirmed within 72 hours may be automatically cancelled.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT
- All prices on the website are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- Payment is collected upon delivery (Cash on Delivery) unless otherwise specified.
- Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated during the phone confirmation.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
- We ship to addresses within Bangladesh.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
- Inside Dhaka: Typically 1-3 business days after confirmation.
- Outside Dhaka: Typically 3-7 business days after confirmation.
- PatiLebu is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.
6. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at hello@patilebu.com with your order details.
- Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
